Is a qualified Teaching Assistant Level 2
Has a caring and nurturing approach towards children to ensure all pupils achieve their very best

Has high expectations of childrenand#39;s achievement and behaviour and the ability to demonstrate quality classroom practiceandnbsp;
Is motivated and uses their initiative when necessaryandnbsp;
Is passionate about creating a stimulating learning environmentandnbsp;
Has experience of working in a primary school setting
Works very well as part of a team and is willing to participate fully in all aspects of school lifeandnbsp;
Is able to relate well to children and adults, offering personal and social support to the wellbeing of key children and their families, attending relevant meetingsandnbsp;
Has sound literacy and numeracy skillsandnbsp;
Is a caring and understanding person, with a good sense of humour, who is committed to supporting high standards and enjoyment of learningandnbsp;andnbsp;
Experience:andnbsp;
Experience of working in a teaching and learning capacity
Experience of working with SEND
Experience of teaching individuals and small groups
Experience in planning learning for individuals and small groups
Experience of working with children with general and specific learning difficulties
Ability to use skills, expertise and experience to support pupil learning
